When does the Cool Binz software license remain in effect?

According to the 2025 Cool Binz Franchise Disclosure Document, the software license is a quarterly license that automatically renews each quarter. The license remains in effect throughout the term of the Franchise Agreement between Cool Binz and the franchisee. This means that as long as the Franchise Agreement is active and the franchisee is in compliance, the software license will continue to be valid.

Cool Binz requires franchisees to use their designated franchise management software system. Franchisees must also sign and maintain a quarterly renewable Cool Binz Software licensing agreement. In addition to the licensing agreement, franchisees must pay the then-current monthly software fee.
