What services are offered by a Cool Binz Business?

You will offer and provide all of the Services that we periodically require for COOL BINZ franchisees, and in the manner we prescribe.
System Standards, to be specified and periodically amended in the Operations Manual or otherwise in writing, may include, without limitation, standards and specification regarding:

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Cool Binz's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees must offer all services that Cool Binz periodically requires. The System Standards, which are subject to change, outline the services and products franchisees are authorized to sell to the public.
Cool Binz retains the right to modify the System, including the services offered, to adapt to changing market conditions and consumer demands. Franchisees are obligated to implement these changes at their own expense. This ensures uniformity and maintains the brand's image across all locations.
The FDD also specifies that Cool Binz may engage in offering and selling services and products anywhere outside a franchisee's territory. This includes leasing portable storage containers, devices, and equipment such as climate-controlled and non-climate-controlled storage containers, mobile offices, mobile refrigeration units, and/or freezers, which may compete with the franchisee's business. Cool Binz also provides a business phone number that must be dedicated to the Cool Binz Business, with a 24-hour answering system using an approved script.
