What rights does Cool Binz retain regarding advertising the System on the Internet?

We retain the sole right to advertise the System on the Internet and to create, operate, maintain and modify, or discontinue using of website using the Marks.

You may access our website.

Except as we authorize in writing in advance, you may not: (i)

link or frame our website; (ii) conduct any business or offer to sell or advertise any products or services on the worldwide web; or (iii) create or register any Internet domain names in connection with your COOL BINZ Business. The only exception is that you may list the COOL BINZ Business in an online directory.

    1. In order to obtain approval of any use of the Marks, including all advertising containing any Marks, your identification or your DBA, you must submit such proposed use, identification or DBA to us for review at least ten (10) business days before the proposed first use. If we take no action within such ten (10) business day period, such use, identification or DBA shall be deemed disapproved. The approval or disapproval is at our sole discretion. We also may, at our sole discretion, require you to immediately discontinue use of any Mark, advertising, identification or DBA at any time, even if previously approved or provided by us.

According to Cool Binz's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Cool Binz retains the sole right to advertise the Cool Binz system on the Internet. This includes the right to create, operate, maintain, modify, or discontinue any website using Cool Binz's trademarks.

As a Cool Binz franchisee, you are allowed to access the Cool Binz website. However, you are explicitly prohibited from linking to or framing the Cool Binz website, conducting any business or advertising products or services on the internet, or creating/registering any internet domain names connected to your Cool Binz business without prior written authorization from Cool Binz. The only exception to this rule is that you are allowed to list your Cool Binz business in an online directory.

Furthermore, any use of Cool Binz's trademarks, including advertising, your business identification, or your 'doing business as' (DBA) name, requires submission to Cool Binz for review at least ten business days before the intended use. If Cool Binz does not respond within this period, the use is considered disapproved. Cool Binz retains the sole discretion to approve or disapprove any such use and can also require you to immediately stop using any mark, advertising, identification, or DBA, even if it was previously approved or provided by them. These stipulations ensure Cool Binz maintains control over its brand image and online presence, while franchisees must adhere to strict guidelines to avoid infringement or unauthorized representation of the brand.
