Can Cool Binz require franchisees to use certain internet and cloud-based services or subscriptions?

We may also require you to use certain internet and cloud-based services or subscriptions as may become relevant as the System and technology changes, at your sole expense.
You must subscribe to, maintain, and utilize a fiber-optic, cable, or satellite high speed Internet connection and email network account with independent suppliers which periodically we approve. If you do not receive written approval within ten days of our written receipt of your request, such supplier will be considered disapproved. You must use an email name that we have approved that will have "@cool-binz.com" as its suffix for all business-related correspondence. You also must use, subscribe to, and pay for, as directed by us, a customized website connected to our website and managed by our website provider. You may not attempt to redirect the customized website. You also must subscribe to, maintain, and utilize the phone model, type and provider that we designate as well as the phone service from the company we designate. As technology advances and new discoveries are made, we have the right to require that you use other technological items, as well as to designate the specific companies, models and/or types that you must use for these technological services.
You also must use, subscribe to, and pay for, as directed by us, a customized website connected to our website and managed by our website provider. You may not attempt to redirect any traffic on the customized website. You may not implement a website or URL for the COOL BINZ Business either yourself or through a third-party provider. We have sole discretion and control over the website (including timing, design, contents and continuation).
You agree to establish and maintain a separate profile, page or other presence on social media in connection with the COOL BINZ Business in accordance with the System Standards.

According to Cool Binz's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Cool Binz may require franchisees to use specific internet and cloud-based services or subscriptions as the system and technology evolve. These services and subscriptions are at the franchisee's sole expense.
Cool Binz requires franchisees to maintain a fiber-optic, cable, or satellite high-speed internet connection and an email network account with suppliers that Cool Binz approves. Franchisees must use an email address with the suffix "@cool-binz.com" for all business correspondence. Franchisees must also subscribe to and pay for a customized website connected to and managed by Cool Binz's website provider. Franchisees are prohibited from redirecting traffic from this customized website and cannot create their own website or URL for the Cool Binz business.
Cool Binz also requires franchisees to use a designated phone model, type, and provider, along with the phone service from a company Cool Binz designates. As technology advances, Cool Binz has the right to require franchisees to use other technological items and to designate the specific companies, models, or types for these technological services. Franchisees are also required to establish and maintain a social media presence for their Cool Binz business in accordance with Cool Binz's system standards.
