Does Cool Binz provide a business phone number to be used by the franchisee?

According to Cool Binz's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Cool Binz will provide a business phone number for the franchisee to use for their Cool Binz Business. This is mentioned in Item 11, which discusses the franchisor's assistance, advertising, computer systems, and training.

Cool Binz also provides the franchisee with the business fax number to be used by the Cool Binz Business. The phone number provided by Cool Binz will be forwarded to any device(s) that the franchisee chooses.

Prospective franchisees should note that while Cool Binz provides the initial phone number, they also mandate the phone model, type, and provider that franchisees must use, as well as the phone service company. Cool Binz retains the right to require franchisees to use other technological items and to designate specific companies, models, and/or types for these technological services as technology advances.
