We may provide you with advertising, promotional or marketing materials for you to use in local advertising, but we are not obligated to do this. We will provide you the business phone number and fax number to be used by the COOL BINZ Business. This number will be forwarded to any device(s) that you choose.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Cool Binz's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Cool Binz will provide the business phone number and fax number to be used by the Cool Binz Business. The phone number will be forwarded to any device(s) that the franchisee chooses.
However, franchisees must also subscribe to, maintain, and utilize the phone model, type, and provider that Cool Binz designates, as well as the phone service from the company they designate. Cool Binz retains the right to require franchisees to use other technological items and designate specific companies, models, and/or types for these technological services as technology advances and new discoveries are made.
Furthermore, Cool Binz may develop COOL BINZ Software, which will consist of software program(s) which franchisees must use to maintain customer records, bid on jobs, create estimates, and operate the Cool Binz business system. Until Cool Binz develops this software, franchisees are required to use the franchisor's designated software for business management, which will be detailed in the Operations Manual, System Standards or otherwise.
