What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Cool Binz's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Cool Binz does not provide assistance with hiring and training employees, beyond the training described in Section 3.A of the Franchise Agreement. This is explicitly stated as one of the areas where Cool Binz does not offer assistance before the franchisee opens their Cool Binz Business.

This means that franchisees are solely responsible for all aspects of hiring and training their staff. This includes sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, performing background checks, and developing their own training programs and materials. Franchisees will need to allocate sufficient time and resources to these tasks to ensure they have a competent and well-trained team.

Prospective franchisees should consider the implications of this lack of support when evaluating the Cool Binz franchise opportunity. They should assess their own capabilities and experience in hiring and training, and factor in the potential costs and challenges associated with these responsibilities. It would be prudent to inquire with Cool Binz about resources or best practices they can share to aid in the hiring and training process, even though direct assistance is not provided.
