What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Cool Binz's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Cool Binz may choose not to award a renewal franchise agreement if they determine that the franchisee has not substantially complied with the existing agreement during its term. This means that if a franchisee fails to meet the obligations and standards set forth in the franchise agreement, Cool Binz reserves the right to deny a renewal.

Cool Binz will provide a notice describing the reasons for their decision if they elect not to award a renewal franchise agreement. The franchisee's right to a renewal is contingent upon their continued compliance with all terms and conditions of the agreement up to its expiration date, as well as compliance with any obligations outlined in the notice from Cool Binz.

This policy highlights the importance of franchisees adhering to the franchise agreement throughout its term. Failure to comply with operational standards, payment schedules, or other contractual obligations could jeopardize the franchisee's opportunity to continue operating their Cool Binz business beyond the initial term. Prospective franchisees should carefully review the franchise agreement to understand the specific requirements for maintaining compliance and securing a renewal.
