According to Cool Binz's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Cool Binz offers franchisees other business and marketing advice. Specifically, Cool Binz will provide guidance regarding the formulation and implementation of marketing, advertising, and promotional programs. This includes using the merchandising, advertising, and research data and advice that Cool Binz may periodically develop for use in the franchisee's local market. Cool Binz will also provide guidance on the financial and daily operation of the Cool Binz business, including its accounting and record-keeping functions.

Cool Binz also specifies minimum policy limits for certain types of insurance coverage and provides guidelines regarding pricing. While franchisees are responsible for setting their own prices, Cool Binz will provide recommendations. Additionally, Cool Binz requires franchisees to use approved advertising and marketing materials or receive written approval for any other advertising and marketing materials before their first use. All advertising and marketing materials must meet Cool Binz's then-current standards and specifications.

Cool Binz has established and maintains a brand marketing fund for the common benefit of System franchisees. Franchisees must contribute two percent of their gross sales monthly to the Brand Marketing Fund. Cool Binz has the sole right to determine contributions and expenditures from the Brand Marketing Fund, or any other advertising program, and the sole authority to determine the selection of the advertising materials and programs.
