What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Cool Binz's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, each training instructor must have a minimum of one month of experience with Cool Binz or BFG. The initial training will be led by Ernie Paladino, President and Co-Founder of Cool Binz, with assistance from Cool Binz and BFG staff. Mr. Paladino has been working with Cool Binz since its inception and has eight years of experience in the portable storage industry.

This means that Cool Binz ensures that individuals providing training to new franchisees have at least some practical exposure to the Cool Binz system or its affiliate, BFG. This requirement aims to provide franchisees with knowledgeable instructors who can offer relevant and informed guidance during the initial training period.

Prospective franchisees can be assured that the training they receive will be delivered by individuals familiar with the Cool Binz business model. However, franchisees may want to inquire about the specific roles and responsibilities of the training staff to understand the depth and breadth of their expertise.
