What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Cool Binz's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Managing Owner or Designated Manager must attend the annual Cool Binz Convention. The then-current fee to attend the convention is a maximum of $799 per person.
In addition to the convention fee, the franchisee is responsible for all travel and living expenses incurred while attending the convention. Cool Binz also requires the Managing Owner or Designated Manager to attend periodic refresher training courses and conferences, not to exceed one convention/conference per year. Cool Binz may charge fees for these additional training events, ranging from $0 to $500 per person.
Prospective franchisees should factor in these ongoing training costs, including both the convention fee and associated travel expenses, when evaluating the overall financial investment required to operate a Cool Binz franchise. It is important to note that these costs can vary depending on the location of the convention and the individual's travel preferences.
