Initial Training will be led by Ernie Paladino with the assistance of various Cool Binz and BFG staff. Each training instructor will have a minimum of one month experience with us or BFG. Mr. Padalino is President and Co-Founder of Cool Binz and began working with us since our inception and in the portable storage industry for a period of 8 years.

According to Cool Binz's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Ernie Paladino leads the Initial Training, with assistance from various Cool Binz and BFG staff. Mr. Paladino is the President and Co-Founder of Cool Binz. He has been with the company since its inception and has eight years of experience in the portable storage industry.
Initial Training takes place in Naples, Florida, at BFG headquarters in Ann Arbor, MI, or another location designated by Cool Binz. The franchisee and the Managing Owner or Designated Manager can attend at no additional fee. Additional attendees may be approved by Cool Binz on a space-available basis, for a fee of $250 per person, per day. The Managing Owner or Designated Manager must complete the training to Cool Binz's satisfaction, or the Franchise Agreement may be terminated.
The Initial Training lasts up to four days and must be completed within six months of signing the franchise agreement. While there is no fee to attend the training, franchisees are responsible for all travel and living expenses. All attendees who are not party to the Franchise Agreement must sign a confidentiality and non-disclosure agreement. After completing Initial Training, the franchisee is ready to open for business.
