The JumpStart Training Program is a self-guided process, with additional guidance from our training team, along with our Operations Manual (as defined in Section 3.E of this Agreement) which we will loan to you. All JumpStart Training Program activities are to be completed before attending Business Manager and Technical Operations Training and before the opening of the COOL BINZ Business and are conducted in your hometown by you with assistance from our home office staff. You shall begin the JumpStart Training Program immediately upon your signing and return to us of this Agreement and the initial fees. During the JumpStart Training Program, we will schedule a Business Manager and Technical Operations Training for you to attend at a later time.

According to Cool Binz's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the JumpStart Training Program is primarily a self-guided process completed in the franchisee's hometown. This initial training phase is designed to prepare the franchisee for opening their Cool Binz business.
The JumpStart Training Program involves numerous pre-opening activities and utilizes the Cool Binz Operations Manual, which is provided to the franchisee on loan. Franchisees receive additional guidance from the Cool Binz training team during this period.
All activities within the JumpStart Training Program must be completed before attending the Business Manager and Technical Operations Training and before the Cool Binz business opens. The JumpStart Training Program begins immediately after the Franchise Agreement is signed and the initial fees are paid. Cool Binz will schedule the Business Manager and Technical Operations Training to be attended at a later date during the JumpStart Training Program.
