The franchisor is Cool Binz International, LLC. Our principal place of business is 5405 Data Court, Ann Arbor, MI 48108. To simplify the language in this Disclosure Document, "we," "us," "our," "Company", and "COOL BINZ" means Cool Binz International, LLC. "You" or "your" means the person or persons to whom a COOL BINZ Business is awarded. If the COOL BINZ Business is awarded to a legal or business entity, "you" or "your" means the legal or business entity and the owners of the legal or business entity.
We were formed on September 29, 2022, as a Michigan Limited Liability Company, and have offered franchises for this business since March 31, 2023. Our affiliate, COOL BINZ North America, LLC, operates one (1) business of the type that will be operated by franchisees, and has done so since October 10, 2022. We do not operate any COOL BINZ Businesses. We do business under our business name and the name "COOL BINZ." We do not do business under any other name. We do not conduct and have not conducted business in any other line of business. We do not and have not offered franchises in any other line of business.
Our agent authorized to receive service of process is listed in Exhibit D of this Disclosure Document.
