What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Cool Binz's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the initial franchise fee, as well as other fees, are paid to Cool Binz. Specifically, the initial franchise fee ranges from $59,900, and is paid in a lump sum when signing the franchise agreement. The cost for the truck, equipment, and initial containers, which ranges from $579,995 to $979,000, is also paid to Cool Binz before opening.
Additionally, the Container Assembly and Set-Up Fee of $5,000 is paid to Cool Binz before opening. The Initial Promotional Package, which costs between $7,500, is also paid to Cool Binz before opening.
Other fees, such as transportation, computer equipment and software, rent, leasehold improvements, insurance, pre-opening travel expenses, professional fees, business permits and licenses, office and small equipment supplies, grand opening advertising, and additional funds are paid to third-party providers, insurance companies, landlords, and government agencies.
