What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Cool Binz's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the initial franchise fee, which ranges from $59,900, is paid to Cool Binz. This fee is due as a lump sum when the Franchise Agreement is signed.
In addition to the initial franchise fee, franchisees must also pay Cool Binz for the truck, equipment, and initial containers, which range from $579,995 to $979,000, and a Container Assembly and Set-Up Fee of $5,000. These fees are also paid as a lump sum before opening the business.
Other expenses, such as transportation, computer equipment and software, rent, leasehold improvements, insurance, pre-opening travel, professional fees, business permits and licenses, office and small equipment supplies, the initial promotional package, grand opening advertising, and additional funds, are paid to third-party providers, federal, state, and local government agencies, employees, and suppliers.
