What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Cool Binz's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the initial franchise fee, which ranges from $59,900 to $59,900, is due at the signing of the Franchise Agreement. This fee is paid as a lump sum to Cool Binz.
Prospective franchisees should note that Cool Binz will finance up to 50% of the Initial Franchise Fee, Initial Equipment Package (excluding the trucks), and the Initial Promotional Package if they meet the qualifications, with an interest rate of 9% for up to 36 months. However, Cool Binz requires at least a 50% down payment of the stated fees.
It is typical in franchising for the initial franchise fee to be non-refundable. The Cool Binz FDD states that in general, none of the expenses listed in the initial investment chart are refundable, except security or utility deposits may be refundable.
