What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Cool Binz's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, as part of the pre-opening obligations, Cool Binz will provide the franchisee with an Initial Equipment Package. This package includes a truck, bins, a mule, and other equipment deemed necessary to operate the Cool Binz business.
In addition to the Initial Equipment Package, Cool Binz also provides an Initial Promotional Package. This package consists of logowear, digital marketing materials, consumables, and various promotional items.
The FDD specifies that franchisees must purchase both the Initial Equipment Package and the Initial Promotional Package directly from Cool Binz. Beyond these initial packages, Cool Binz does not provide, install, or supply any other items such as signs, fixtures, equipment, opening inventory, or supplies.
