Cool_Binz Franchise · 2025 FDDAnswer from 2025 FDD Document
You may relocate the Office Site within the Territory at your sole discretion but must immediately notify us of the change in address. During the term of the Franchise Agreement, we will not allow you to relocate the Territory; however, the exact boundaries of the Territory may change in the future, as future zip code changes are made by the United States Postal Service or Census Bureau.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Cool Binz's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, a franchisee cannot relocate their territory during the term of the Franchise Agreement. However, a Cool Binz franchisee can relocate the physical site of their office within their assigned territory, provided they notify Cool Binz of the address change. The document also states that the exact boundaries of a territory may change due to zip code changes made by the United States Postal Service or Census Bureau.
While franchisees cannot relocate their territory, they may request an additional territory from Cool Binz. The decision to award an additional territory is at Cool Binz's sole discretion. To be considered for an additional franchise, a franchisee must be in compliance with their existing Franchise Agreement and have sufficient capital and equipment to manage both their current territory and the additional one.
It is important to note that Cool Binz does not offer exclusive territories. Franchisees may face competition from other franchisees, company-owned outlets, or other channels of distribution. While franchisees receive certain protected rights, such as no other Cool Binz business establishing an office location or advertising within their territory, these protections have limitations. For example, franchisees may experience indirect advertising from other franchisees in media where the reach is difficult to restrict, such as radio or indirect web-based advertising.
