Our parent is the lawful and sole owner of the domain name www.COOL-BINZ.com. You cannot register any of the Marks that are now or in the future owned by us or any abbreviation, acronym or variation of the Marks, or any other name that could be deemed confusingly similar, as Internet domain names.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Cool Binz Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are explicitly prohibited from registering any variations of the Cool Binz marks as Internet domain names. Cool Binz retains sole control over advertising the system online and creating and maintaining the brand's website. The parent company owns the domain name www.COOL-BINZ.com, and franchisees cannot register any confusingly similar names.
