Our parent is the lawful and sole owner of the domain name www.COOL-BINZ.com. You cannot register any of the Marks that are now or in the future owned by us or any abbreviation, acronym or variation of the Marks, or any other name that could be deemed confusingly similar, as Internet domain names.

What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to the 2025 Cool Binz Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are explicitly prohibited from registering any variations of the Cool Binz marks as Internet domain names. Cool Binz retains sole control over advertising the system online and creating and maintaining the brand's website. The FDD specifies that the parent company owns the domain name www.COOL-BINZ.com.

Cool Binz franchisees are not allowed to register any marks owned by Cool Binz, including abbreviations, acronyms, or variations, as domain names. They also cannot use names that could be considered confusingly similar to the Cool Binz marks. The only online presence franchisees are allowed is listing the Cool Binz business in an online directory.

This restriction ensures that Cool Binz maintains a consistent brand identity and controls its online presence. It prevents franchisees from creating websites that could dilute the brand or confuse customers. While franchisees might want to establish a unique online identity, this clause protects the franchisor's brand and marketing strategy.
