us any solicitations you conduct that may have potential for development as a NORA. If you are currently servicing a NORA Contract listed on our website, you must notify us in writing about each account, including the date of the last service and your NORA Contracts on the account, in the format that we provide. Copies of any contracts must be provided to us. This information must accompany this fully executed Agreement.

We or our designee may offer a job referred to you for less than what we are being paid for the job by the third party. This is to cover our administration responsibilities in securing the job, and is in addition to the normal Royalty that is due to us. You have the option to turn down NORA referrals, as described above.

What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Cool Binz's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, a franchisee must provide written notification about each NORA (National or Regional Account) contract they are servicing. This notification must include the date of the last service and the franchisee's NORA contracts on the account, using the format provided by Cool Binz.

This notification, along with copies of any contracts, must accompany the fully executed Franchise Agreement. This requirement ensures that Cool Binz is aware of all NORA programs being serviced by its franchisees and can coordinate efforts effectively.

By requiring this information upfront, Cool Binz aims to maintain oversight of NORA programs and ensure franchisees adhere to consistent standards. This also allows Cool Binz to coordinate solicitations and manage national contracts effectively. The franchisee must provide copies of all reports, forms, and notices relating to their pursuit and servicing of a NORA national contract on a timely basis, using the forms Cool Binz specifies.
