According to the 2025 Cool Binz Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are generally prohibited from designing their own Internet website using the Cool Binz Marks. Cool Binz retains the sole right to advertise the System on the Internet and to create, operate, maintain, modify, or discontinue using any website using the Marks. Franchisees may access the Cool Binz website, but they are restricted from linking or framing the website, conducting any business or offering to sell or advertise any products or services on the worldwide web, or creating or registering any Internet domain names in connection with their Cool Binz Business, unless expressly authorized in writing by Cool Binz. The only exception is that franchisees may list their Cool Binz Business in an online directory.

Cool Binz maintains sole discretion and control over the website, including its timing, design, contents, and continuation. Cool Binz may create interior pages on the website containing information about individual Cool Binz Businesses, and if so, may require franchisees to prepare all or a portion of the page for their business using a template provided by Cool Binz, subject to Cool Binz's approval prior to posting.
Cool Binz franchisees are required to establish and maintain a separate profile, page, or other presence on social media in connection with their Cool Binz Business, in accordance with the System Standards. Franchisees must obtain Cool Binz's prior written approval of the content to be posted on such social media pages.
