While Cool Binz software updates are currently provided at no charge, franchisees are responsible for the costs associated with upgrading their computer hardware, software, and web-based applications. Cool Binz can mandate these updates at any time during the franchise agreement, and while they do not anticipate annual upgrade costs exceeding $5,000, the actual cost will depend on the specific upgrades required.
