According to Cool Binz's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the computer specifications for hardware and internet connectivity are detailed in Sections 2.H and 2.I of the Franchise Agreement. The FDD also states that franchisees must have a DSL or cable modem high-speed internet connection at their office site. Additionally, they need a computer that meets the System Standards requirements for handling Cool Binz software or other required software. Cool Binz can mandate these updates at any time during the franchise agreement, and while they do not anticipate annual upgrade costs exceeding $5,000, the actual cost will depend on the specific upgrades required.
