Our affiliate, COOL BINZ North America, LLC owns the trademarks, service marks, trade names, logotypes, and numerical symbols listed below and licensed us the right to use such marks for promotion, use, license, and sale throughout the United States, its territorial possessions, and the District of Columbia. The Franchise Agreement grants to you the license to operate the System under the COOL BINZ name and logo and under any other trade names, trade dress, indicia, trademarks, service marks, and logos currently used or that may be used in the operation of the System.
The following trademarks, service marks, trade names, logotypes, or other commercial symbols are registered with the United States Patent and Trademark Office ("USPTO"), and all required affidavits have been filed unless otherwise noted. All registrations are on the principal register unless otherwise noted:

We or our parent intend to commence an on-going practice of registering new trademarks for promotional or related advertising activities.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Cool Binz's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Cool Binz North America, LLC, an affiliate, owns the trademarks and service marks and has licensed Cool Binz the right to use these marks. The FDD states that Cool Binz has filed all required affidavits for its trademark registrations with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). The franchise agreement grants franchisees the right to operate under the Cool Binz name and logo.
Several trademarks are registered on the Principal Register with the USPTO. These include trademarks with registration dates in 2024: COOL-BINZ (registered May 28), Park. Pack. Plug! (registered August 20), and As easy as Park. Pack. Plug! (registered October 29). There are also two trademarks with registration numbers 7,307,630 (registered February 20, 2024) and 97699750 (registered June 18, 2024). All registrations are on the principal register unless otherwise noted.
Cool Binz also intends to register new trademarks for promotional or related advertising activities in the future. Franchisees must immediately notify Cool Binz of any trademark infringement or challenges to the use of any mark. Cool Binz will indemnify franchisees against losses or expenses from infringement claims if the franchisee has properly notified Cool Binz and complied with the franchise agreement. However, if Cool Binz determines the franchisee did not use the marks according to the franchise agreement, the franchisee will bear the cost of the defense.
