Initial Training takes place at a location in Naples, Florida, BFG headquarters in Ann Arbor, MI, or another location designated by us. It may be attended by you and the Managing Owner or, if applicable, the Designated Manager, at no additional fee. You may designate, with our approval and on a "space available basis," additional persons to attend Initial Training for our then-current fee, which is currently $250 per person, per day. The Managing Owner or, if applicable, the Designated Manager must complete the Initial Training to our satisfaction. Failure to do so will result in the termination of the Franchise Agreement. Initial Training will last up to four (4) days in duration and must be completed within six (6) months of signing the franchise agreement. Although we do not charge a fee for attending training, you will be responsible for all travel and living expenses that you and your employees/owners incur. Additional persons employed by you may attend on a space available basis, contingent upon our receipt of our training fee to offset the expenses we incur. What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Cool Binz's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the franchisee and the Managing Owner or Designated Manager can attend the Initial Training at no additional fee. However, if the franchisee wants to designate additional people to attend the Initial Training, they may do so with Cool Binz's approval and on a space-available basis. Cool Binz charges a fee for each additional person, which is currently $250 per person, per day.
It is important to note that the Managing Owner or Designated Manager must complete the Initial Training to Cool Binz's satisfaction. Failure to do so may result in the termination of the Franchise Agreement. The Initial Training lasts up to four days and must be completed within six months of signing the franchise agreement.
Although Cool Binz does not charge a fee for the franchisee and their Managing Owner or Designated Manager to attend the training, the franchisee is responsible for all travel and living expenses incurred by them and their employees/owners. All attendees who are not a party to the Franchise Agreement must sign Cool Binz's prescribed form of confidentiality and non-disclosure agreement.
