- As also stated in Item 5, you must pay to us the Container Assembly and Set-Up Fee $5,000 for up to two days for the initial assembly and set-up of the Equipment needed for the operation of the COOL BINZ Business.

- The costs will vary depending on your area, and whether you own or rent your premises. If you own the premises, you will not pay rent. You must operate your COOL BINZ Business from an industrial park or commercial space. We estimate that the average monthly rent for an industrial park space ranges from $2,500 to $7,500 per month, and Landlords typically require a security deposit of one or two months' rent. We will not evaluate the location of your commercial space. Your rent may be subject to escalation clauses based on inflation or other factors as provided in your lease. The annual rent amount may vary significantly depending on the area of the country, condition, location and size of the location and the demand for the location among prospective tenants. The rent could exceed the estimated amounts in major metropolitan markets.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Cool Binz Franchise Disclosure Document, the initial investment for truck, equipment, and initial containers ranges from $579,995 to $979,000. This is a lump sum payment that is due before opening to Cool Binz. The cost of transmitting the equipment to your location is listed separately under 'Transportation' and ranges from $35,000 to $100,000.
Additionally, franchisees must pay a Container Assembly and Set-Up Fee of $5,000 to Cool Binz before opening. This fee covers up to two days for the initial assembly and setup of the equipment needed for the Cool Binz business. The equipment costs also include operational and accounting software and computer equipment, with an estimated cost between $3,000 and $5,000, payable to third-party providers before opening.
Prospective franchisees should note that Cool Binz may finance up to 50% of the Initial Equipment Package (excluding the trucks) if they meet the qualifications, with at least a 50% down payment required. The financing comes with a 9% interest rate for a period of up to 36 months. Franchisees are also required to purchase all trucks from Cool Binz or their approved vendor, and these trucks must be maintained in good operating condition. Cool Binz reserves the right to inspect and approve all trucks and may require upgrades or remodeling to comply with their System Standards.
