What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Cool Binz's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Disclosure Acknowledgement Questionnaire does ask prospective franchisees whether they have discussed operating a Cool Binz franchise with an attorney, accountant, or other professional advisor. The franchisee must answer "Yes" or "No" to this question on the questionnaire.
