Who determines if a particular customer is a NORA for Cool Binz, and is that determination final?

If a NORA customer is located within a franchisee's territory, Cool Binz may offer the franchisee the opportunity to provide services to that customer, provided the franchisee is qualified and in substantial compliance with the franchise agreement. However, Cool Binz is not obligated to do so and can choose to provide the services directly, through another franchisee, or through a third party. If the franchisee is unable or unwilling to service the NORA customer under the terms of the NORA contract, Cool Binz retains the right to provide those services through other means, without any compensation to the franchisee. This arrangement highlights the importance of maintaining good standing with Cool Binz and being prepared to meet the service requirements of NORA clients to maximize potential revenue.
