Can Cool Binz designate approved suppliers for the Initial Package, Initial Promotional Package, and Container Assembly and Set Up in the future?

We are the only supplier of the Initial Package, the Initial Promotional Package, and the Container Assembly and Set Up. The Initial Package contains the truck, bins, and mule you will need to operate your COOL BINZ Business. We retain the right to derive revenue or other material consideration from required purchases and leases of products and services. We may also designate approved suppliers for these materials in the future.
There are currently no approved suppliers in which any of our officers owns an interest at this time.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Cool Binz's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Cool Binz retains the right to designate approved suppliers for the Initial Package, the Initial Promotional Package, and the Container Assembly and Set Up in the future. Currently, Cool Binz is the sole supplier for these items, which include the truck, bins, and mule necessary to operate the Cool Binz business.
This means that while franchisees are currently required to purchase these initial items directly from Cool Binz, this could change. Cool Binz may choose to allow franchisees to purchase these items from other suppliers that meet their standards. However, Cool Binz retains the right to derive revenue from these required purchases.
It is important for prospective franchisees to understand that Cool Binz maintains control over the supply chain and can modify it as they see fit. While there are currently no approved suppliers in which any of Cool Binz's officers owns an interest, this could also change in the future.
