According to Cool Binz's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Confidential Information includes sales guidelines and strategies for developing business relationships in the insurance industry. As a Cool Binz franchisee, you are prohibited from using or duplicating this information in any other business, as it would be considered an unfair method of competition. Cool Binz considers this information proprietary and a trade secret, disclosing it to you only under the condition that you maintain its confidentiality.

During and after the term of the Franchise Agreement, you must not use the Confidential Information in any other business, maintain its absolute confidentiality, and avoid making unauthorized copies. You are also required to implement reasonable procedures to prevent unauthorized use or disclosure, including restricting access to employees. Upon termination of the agreement, you must return all Confidential Information and provide Cool Binz with access to any electronic storage media containing such information.
