What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Cool Binz's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, all trucks used in the business must be maintained in good operating condition, regardless of their age. Furthermore, the trucks must be free of rust and dents. This requirement ensures that the Cool Binz brand maintains a consistent and professional image. Cool Binz reserves the right to inspect and approve all trucks used in the business.
Cool Binz can also require franchisees to upgrade, refurbish, or remodel their trucks to comply with the System Standards at any time. This means that franchisees may need to invest additional funds in truck maintenance and appearance to meet Cool Binz's standards. All truck wraps must be performed by Cool Binz's authorized vendors, ensuring uniformity and quality in branding.
These stipulations are fairly common in the franchise industry, particularly for mobile or service-oriented franchises where the appearance of vehicles directly impacts brand perception. Prospective Cool Binz franchisees should factor in ongoing truck maintenance, potential upgrades, and authorized vendor costs into their financial projections to ensure they can meet these requirements.
