When is the Business Manager and Technical Operations Training fee due for Cool Binz?

You may designate, with our approval and on a "space available" basis, additional persons to attend other sessions of the Business Manager and Technical Operations Training for which you will be charged our then-current Business Manager and Technical Operations Training fee. In addition, each person we approve to attend the Business Manager and Technical Operations Training will be required to sign our then-current form of confidentiality and non-disclosure agreement before the start of training. The Business Manager and Technical Operations Training fee will be due and payable before the start of the training program and you will be responsible for the payment of all travel and living expenses incurred by your designees while training.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Cool Binz's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Business Manager and Technical Operations Training fee is due before the start of the training program. This means that a prospective franchisee must pay the training fee before their designated personnel can attend the training.
This fee covers the cost of additional persons, beyond the Managing Owner or Designated General Manager, attending the training. The Managing Owner or Designated General Manager attends the Business Manager and Technical Operations Training at no additional fee. The franchisee is also responsible for covering all travel and living expenses incurred by their designees during the training.
It is important to note that Cool Binz may waive the attendance requirement if the franchisee already operates a Cool Binz business and is purchasing an additional franchise. However, even in such cases, the Managing Owner may still be required to complete the most recent online training modules. If the Managing Owner or Designated General Manager attends the Business Manager and Technical Operations Training in these waived attendance situations, the then-current training fee will be assessed.
