According to Cool Binz's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the franchisee, the Managing Owner, or the Designated Manager may attend the Initial Training program without incurring an additional fee. Cool Binz holds its Initial Training at its headquarters in Ann Arbor, MI, a location in Naples, Florida, or another location that they designate.
However, this complimentary training is subject to certain conditions. While Cool Binz does not charge a training fee for these individuals, the franchisee is responsible for all travel and living expenses incurred during the training.
Additional personnel may attend the Initial Training on a space-available basis, but they are subject to a per-person, per-day fee, which is currently $250. All attendees who are not party to the Franchise Agreement must also sign a confidentiality and non-disclosure agreement. This ensures that proprietary information is protected. The Initial Training lasts up to four days and must be completed within six months of signing the franchise agreement.
