If you are conducting a NORA project, and the Customer has additional requirements, you agree to follow those requirements, which will be provided to you in writing. You may be required to sign a contract with the Customer amending the base NORA national contract for that service location. All work is subject to the terms, conditions and pricing established by us for that national contract or the National Strategic Partner as a prerequisite for participation in these programs. These terms may vary depending on the situations and circumstances.
