You may designate, with our approval and on a "space available" basis, additional persons to attend other sessions of the Business Manager and Technical Operations Training for which you will be charged our then-current Business Manager and Technical Operations Training fee. In addition, each person we approve to attend the Business Manager and Technical Operations Training will be required to sign our then-current form of confidentiality and non-disclosure agreement before the start of training. The Business Manager and Technical Operations Training fee will be due and payable before the start of the training program and you will be responsible for the payment of all travel and living expenses incurred by your designees while training.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Cool Binz's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, additional people can attend the Business Manager and Technical Operations Training on a "space available" basis, with Cool Binz's approval. If a franchisee wishes to send additional people, they will be charged Cool Binz's then-current Business Manager and Technical Operations Training fee.
Before attending the training, each approved attendee must sign Cool Binz's current confidentiality and non-disclosure agreement. The franchisee is responsible for covering all travel and living expenses for these additional attendees during the training period. The training fee must be paid in full before the training starts.
This policy allows Cool Binz franchisees to further train their staff, but at an additional cost and subject to Cool Binz's approval and space availability. This is a fairly standard practice in franchising, where franchisors often provide additional training opportunities for a fee.
