The vehicle must be in good operating condition regardless of age of vehicle. All vehicles must be rust and dent free. We reserve the right to inspect and approve all vehicles used in your Clear Pest Pros Business, and we may require you to upgrade, refurbish or remodel your vehicles such that they comply with our System Standards at any time. The low range in the above chart assumes that you have an existing white vehicle that complies with our standards and specifications that does not have wrapping that needs to be removed. The high range in the above chart assumes that you are purchasing a brand new vehicle with decals and includes a down payment, administrative fee, and three (3) months' lease payments, but does not include sales tax. You are required to have at least one fully wrapped service vehicle at all times, and you may only use vehicle graphics and wraps we permit. What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Clear Pest Pros's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees must purchase or lease at least one van or truck that meets the franchisor's standards and specifications. This vehicle can be purchased from Clear Pest Pros or an approved vendor and will include branded graphics and be designed to hold all fixed equipment. As the business expands or requires enclosed trailers for specific services, Clear Pest Pros recommends adding more vehicles.
The vehicle must be in good operating condition, regardless of its age, and free of rust and dents. Clear Pest Pros retains the right to inspect and approve all vehicles used in the business and may require franchisees to upgrade, refurbish, or remodel vehicles to comply with system standards at any time. They also reserve the right to mandate that franchisees purchase or lease vehicles from approved suppliers.
Clear Pest Pros's system standards include specifications regarding vehicle type, model, color, supplier, trademark representation, and appearance, with a strict prohibition on rust or body damage. These specifications are detailed in the Operations Manual. All vehicles must be maintained in "good" condition, as defined by KELLY BLUE BOOK, meaning they should be free of major defects with only minor blemishes to the paint, body, and interior, and no major mechanical problems. In regions prone to rust, only minimal rust is acceptable. All vehicles must display decals as required by Clear Pest Pros, and these decals must be free of defects. Franchisees must submit photos of all vehicles used in connection with the Clear Pest Pros Business in the manner and format prescribed by the franchisor.
