What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Clear Pest Pros Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees converting an existing business must re-brand their vehicles. Within three months of signing the Franchise Agreement or completing the Initial Training Program (whichever comes first), the franchisee must re-brand all business vehicles to meet Clear Pest Pros' model appearance standards. This re-branding must be done using Clear Pest Pros' approved vendors.
In addition to re-branding, Clear Pest Pros may require franchisees to purchase and install a global positioning system (GPS) device in all service vehicles. This requirement is detailed in Section 7.A.20 of the Franchise Agreement.
Furthermore, converting franchisees are required to transfer their existing business websites to the Clear Pest Pros website or another designated website. They must also forward their existing telephone numbers to the Clear Pest Pros call center or a local number designated by Clear Pest Pros. All advertising for the business must then use only the Clear Pest Pros number or the local number provided by the company. Finally, franchisees must transfer all social media accounts used by the converting company to Clear Pest Pros.
