According to Clear Pest Pros's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the standards and specifications are updated periodically and made available to franchisees through the Clear Pest Pros owners' intranet website and in the Operations Manual. Franchisees are expected to adhere to these standards to maintain uniformity and the brand's image.

The Operations Manual and System Standards contain mandatory and suggested specifications, standards, operating procedures, and rules that Clear Pest Pros prescribes for the operation of the business. These documents also include information on the franchisee's obligations under the Franchise Agreement and related agreements. Clear Pest Pros retains the right to modify the Operations Manual and System Standards periodically to reflect changes in the System.

It is the franchisee's responsibility to keep their copy of the Operations Manual and System Standards current and secure. In case of a dispute, the master copies maintained by Clear Pest Pros at its principal office will be controlling. Franchisees are prohibited from copying or reproducing any part of the Operations Manual or System Standards, and they must obtain replacements at the then-applicable charge if the originals are lost or damaged.
