What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Clear Pest Pros's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the territory granted to a franchisee is defined in the Franchise Agreement as a specific area where the Clear Pest Pros Business is to be operated, consisting of a set of zip codes.

The Franchise Agreement grants the franchisee the right to operate their Clear Pest Pros Business only within this defined territory. Clear Pest Pros will not allow another franchisee or company-owned store to perform work within the franchisee's territory, unless the franchisee is not in full compliance with the Franchise Agreement.

This territorial exclusivity is a key element of the franchise agreement, providing the franchisee with a protected area to develop their business. The initial franchise fee grants a territory encompassing 350,000 to 450,000 people, which Clear Pest Pros refers to as a "Standard Territory". A franchisee has the option to purchase an extension of their territory up to a maximum of 500,000 people for an additional $0.20 per person.

Prospective franchisees should carefully evaluate the zip codes included in the territory to assess the market potential and competition. Understanding the boundaries and demographics of the territory is crucial for developing an effective business plan and maximizing the opportunity within the Clear Pest Pros franchise system.
