Currently, you are required to purchase or lease the initial vehicle from us or our then-current approved supplier(s). We also reserve the right to require that you purchase all additional vehicles that
you may purchase during the term of your franchise agreement through our approved supplier(s). Clear Pest Pros Businesses will use vehicles that meet our design and operating specifications for model type, color, upfitting, trademark representation, and appearance. These specifications are included in our Manuals. All vehicles purchased or leased for the Clear Pest Pros Business are to be, and maintained, in a "good" condition as defined by KELLEY BLUE BOOK ("good" condition means that the vehicle is free of any major defects). The paint, body and interior must have only minor (if any) blemishes, and there may not be any major mechanical problems. All vehicles used in connection with the Clear Pest Pros Business should be rust free and decaled or wrapped as required by Clear Pest Pros and the decals are to be free of defects. We may require that you purchase/lease a new vehicle or remodel/refurbish your existing vehicles to meet our then-current System Standards at any time during the Term, at your expense. You are required to purchase the vehicle wrapped from an approved supplier. We may require you to install a GPS system on your service vehicles.

According to the 2025 Clear Pest Pros FDD, franchisees are required to adhere to specific standards and specifications for their business vehicles. Clear Pest Pros maintains the right to mandate that all subsequent vehicle purchases during the franchise term also be made through their approved suppliers. These vehicles must meet the franchisor's design and operating specifications, which include model type, color, upfitting, trademark representation, and overall appearance, as detailed in the Clear Pest Pros manuals.
Vehicles used for the Clear Pest Pros business must be maintained in good condition, aligning with the KELLEY BLUE BOOK definition of "good" condition, meaning they are free of major defects with only minor blemishes to the paint, body, and interior, and without any significant mechanical issues. The vehicles should also be rust-free and properly decaled or wrapped according to Clear Pest Pros's requirements, ensuring the decals are free of defects.
Clear Pest Pros reserves the right to require franchisees to purchase or lease a new vehicle or remodel or refurbish existing vehicles to meet the current system standards at any point during the franchise term, with the franchisee bearing the expense. The vehicle must be purchased wrapped from an approved supplier. Additionally, Clear Pest Pros may require the installation of a GPS system on service vehicles. These standards ensure uniformity and quality across all Clear Pest Pros businesses, maintaining brand consistency and operational effectiveness.
