2. FEES AND OTHER MONETARY REQUIREMENTS.
A. INITIAL FRANCHISE FEE.
Upon signing the Franchise Agreement, you must pay an initial franchise fee of $35,000 (the "Initial Franchise Fee"). The Initial Franchise Fee is due when you sign the franchise agreement and is non-refundable. Payment of the Initial Franchise Fee grants you a Territory that will encompass 350,000 to 450,000 people ("Standard Territory"). You may purchase an extension of your Territory, up to a maximum of 500,000 people, for an additional $0.20 per person.
The Initial Franchise Fee offsets the expenses we incur in registering, marketing, awarding, training, and opening new franchises. The Initial Franchise Fee and the Initial Package Fee are paid to us, are non-refundable, and deemed fully earned upon payment.
If you wish to purchase multiple Standard Territories at the time you sign your first Franchise Agreement with us, then we will discount the Initial Franchise Fee for the additional Franchise Agreement(s) by $10,000. We allow the purchase of up to two (2) additional Territories at the time you purchase

According to Clear Pest Pros's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the standard initial franchise fee is $35,000. This fee is required upon signing the Franchise Agreement and is non-refundable. This fee grants the franchisee a territory encompassing 350,000 to 450,000 people, referred to as a "Standard Territory."
Clear Pest Pros uses the initial franchise fee to offset expenses related to registering, marketing, awarding, training, and opening new franchises. In addition to the initial franchise fee, franchisees must also pay an initial package fee.
There are opportunities to purchase additional territories. Clear Pest Pros offers a discount of $10,000 on the initial franchise fee for up to two additional territories purchased at the time of signing the first Franchise Agreement. This discount is only applicable when purchasing the first Standard Franchise and cannot be combined with other discounts or applied to future territory expansions.
Existing pest control businesses that meet certain criteria may qualify for a conversion franchise with a reduced initial fee of $25,000. Clear Pest Pros also waives the initial franchise fee for renewal or transfer terms, although other fees may apply in these situations.
