What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Clear Pest Pros's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the franchise management software license agreement is automatically renewed each quarter. The license remains effective throughout the term of the Franchise Agreement between Clear Pest Pros and the franchisee.
Clear Pest Pros grants franchisees a renewable license to use the Clear Pest Pros Franchise Management Software System, including all subsequent upgrades. The franchisee must pay a recurring fee for the license, and the amount of this fee can change periodically at Clear Pest Pros's discretion. Failure to make any payment results in the immediate termination of the license.
This quarterly license agreement is tied to the overarching Franchise Agreement. Therefore, if the Franchise Agreement is terminated for any reason, the software license will also terminate.
