What services are included in the Clear Pest Pros Business?

You will offer and provide all of the Services that we periodically require for Clear Pest Pros franchisees, and in the manner we prescribe.
You acknowledge that we have developed the System to offer and sell Services that will distinguish the Clear Pest Pros Business from other businesses that offer similar services valued at different prices and with less attention paid to service quality and customer service. You agree to offer Services and to operate the Clear Pest Pros Business in such a manner that emulates and enhances the image we intend for the System.

- solicit and perform pest management for all manner of ants, spiders, roaches, stinging pests, flying pests and rodents on a recurring and/or one time basis, and other related services in any geographic market within or outside your Territory, in accordance with Section 1.E (7) and Section 1F below;
You may not service a Customer if doing so is beyond your current equipment capabilities, or if it would otherwise disrupt the normal servicing of other existing customers.
You acknowledge and agree that the System must continue to evolve to reflect changing market conditions and to meet new and changing consumer demands. As a consequence, changes, modifications, and variations to the Systems Standards may be required periodically to preserve and enhance the public image of the System and enhance the operational efficiency of all Clear Pest Pros franchisees.

The FDD specifies that franchisees can solicit and perform pest management services for ants, spiders, roaches, stinging pests, flying pests, and rodents on a recurring or one-time basis. They can also offer other related services within or outside their designated territory, in accordance with specific sections of the Franchise Agreement. However, franchisees may not service a customer if it exceeds their current equipment capabilities or disrupts service to existing customers.
Clear Pest Pros retains the right to modify system standards to reflect changing market conditions and consumer demands. This means the specific services offered by a Clear Pest Pros franchise may evolve over time. Franchisees must stay updated with any changes, modifications, and variations to the Systems Standards to maintain the public image of the system and enhance operational efficiency.
