What services does the Converting Company perform before converting to the Clear Pest Pros model?

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 FDD, the Converting Company must complete several steps within three months of signing the Franchise Agreement or finishing the Initial Training Program to convert to the Clear Pest Pros model.
First, the Converting Company must re-brand all business vehicles to meet Clear Pest Pros' appearance standards, using approved vendors. Clear Pest Pros may also require the Converting Company to purchase and install a global positioning system (GPS) device in all service vehicles, as detailed in Section 7.A.20 of the Franchise Agreement.
Additionally, the Converting Company is required to transfer all existing websites to the Clear Pest Pros website or another designated website. The Converting Company also needs to forward all listed telephone numbers to the Clear Pest Pros call center or a local number specified by Clear Pest Pros, and all advertising must use only the Clear Pest Pros number or the designated local number. Finally, all social media accounts used by the Converting Company must be transferred to Clear Pest Pros.
