According to Clear Pest Pros' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, all vehicles used for the Clear Pest Pros business must have decals as required by the franchisor, and these decals must be free of defects. Franchisees are also required to submit photos of all vehicles used in connection with the Clear Pest Pros Business in the manner and format prescribed by the franchisor.

Clear Pest Pros also specifies that franchisees must affix the Marks (trademarks, logos, etc.) upon vehicles, uniforms, equipment, containers, fixtures, signs, stationary, advertising, sales/promotional materials, and other objects. The size, color, lettering style, fashion, and placement of these marks will be designated in the Operations Manual. Franchisees must also remove all signage from vehicles when the franchise agreement terminates.
