You may designate, with our approval and on a "space available" basis, additional persons to attend other sessions of the Initial Training for which you will be charged our then-current Initial Training fee. In addition, each person we approve to attend the Initial Training will be required to sign our then-current form of confidentiality and non-disclosure agreement before the start of training. The Initial Training fee will be due and payable before the start of the training program and you will be responsible for the payment of all travel and living expenses incurred by your designees while training.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Clear Pest Pros's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, if a franchisee wishes to send additional people to the Initial Training, they must first obtain approval from Clear Pest Pros and ensure space is available. Each approved attendee must sign Clear Pest Pros's current confidentiality and non-disclosure agreement before training begins.
Furthermore, the franchisee is responsible for paying Clear Pest Pros's then-current Initial Training fee for each additional person. This fee must be paid before the start of the training program.
In addition to the training fee, the franchisee is also responsible for covering all travel and living expenses incurred by these additional attendees during their training period. This includes costs such as transportation, accommodation, and meals.
