Clear Pest Pros has broad authority over vehicle standards. Franchisees are generally required to purchase or lease their initial vehicle from Clear Pest Pros or its approved suppliers. Clear Pest Pros also reserves the right to require franchisees to purchase all additional vehicles through its approved suppliers. The vehicles must meet the franchisor's design and operating specifications, including model type, color, upfitting, trademark representation, and appearance, as detailed in the manuals.

All vehicles used for the Clear Pest Pros business must be maintained in good condition, as defined by KELLEY BLUE BOOK, meaning they should be free of major defects with only minor blemishes to the paint, body, and interior. The vehicles should also be rust-free and properly decaled or wrapped as required by Clear Pest Pros. The franchisor can require franchisees to purchase/lease a new vehicle or remodel/refurbish existing vehicles to meet current system standards at the franchisee's expense at any time during the term of the agreement. Franchisees are required to purchase the vehicle wrapped from an approved supplier.
