According to the 2025 Clear Pest Pros Franchise Disclosure Document, the terms "we," "us," "our," "Company", and "Clear Pest Pros" refer to Safer Home Services International, LLC. Safer Home Services International, LLC is the franchisor that grants franchises for the establishment and operation of Clear Pest Pros businesses.
