Give prior approval for use of business forms, business stationery, business cards, advertising materials, permanent materials, and forms that you intend to use (Section 7.A of the Franchise Agreement).

We will continue to do this after you open the Clear Pest Pros Business.

Give prior approval to all marketing, advertising, and promotional materials prepared by you within ten days of our receipt of the proposed materials for Franchises (Section 2.G of the Franchise Agreement).

What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to the 2025 Clear Pest Pros Franchise Disclosure Document, Clear Pest Pros requires franchisees to obtain prior approval for business cards, business stationery, business forms, advertising materials, and permanent materials both before opening their Clear Pest Pros Business and on an ongoing basis after the business has opened.

Clear Pest Pros also requires franchisees to get approval for all marketing, advertising, and promotional materials that they prepare. Franchisees must submit these materials to Clear Pest Pros for review at least ten business days before their intended use. If Clear Pest Pros does not respond within this ten-day period, the materials are considered unapproved, and the franchisee is not allowed to use them.

Clear Pest Pros retains the right to demand that franchisees immediately stop using any advertising or marketing materials at any time, even if Clear Pest Pros previously approved or provided the materials. All advertising and marketing content must adhere to Clear Pest Pros's current standards and specifications.
